Khurasan's Biglar Baygi reports of events in different neiborhoods and the number of deaths from the morgue, a theft by a woman and arrest of a prostitute. One of these reports has a margin written by Rukn al-Dawlah requesting a report on the spread of smallpox and the number of deaths.

‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash)'s letter to Surur al-Saltanah, in which he tells her that he has received her letter and postcard, talks about meeting Fakham al-Saltanah at the Rawzah ceremony in the Majlis, and asking him about Surur al-Saltanah's well-being. Letter from Riza al-Safavi al-Musavi al-Husayni Isfahani to Navvabah Safa’ Khanum about the hardships he and his children went through despite his hard work reciting Rawzah and writing prayers in Yazd for ten months to make money. Then, he talks about his decision to go back to his hometown as he was not able to provide for his family in the harsh cold weather, and how he has lost his wife on the way and his two sons have become ill. He asks for Navvabah Safa’ Khanum’s generosity to get support for the expenses of their trip.
